Our Services
Supporting mental health through therapy, education, and conversation
Where clarity begins.
Whether we're meeting one-to-one, learning together in a group, or exploring ideas in a larger community, every service is grounded in the same philosophy:
Helping people think more clearly, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater intention.
The setting may change. The purpose doesn't.

Individual psychotherapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, step back from the demands of everyday life, and make sense of what feels difficult, uncertain, or overwhelming.
For some people, therapy begins during a crisis. For others, it begins with a quieter realization—that something no longer feels aligned, even if they can't yet explain why.
You don't need to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a complete understanding of what's happening.
Our work begins exactly where you are.
Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life, while building a deeper understanding of yourself and discovering new ways of responding to life's challenges.
Rather than offering quick answers or telling you who to become, my role is to create a space where you can think more clearly, reconnect with your own values, and move toward a life that feels more intentional.
What Brings People Here
Everyone’s story is different. These are some of the experiences people commonly bring into therapy.
-
Your mind rarely slows down. You may find yourself replaying conversations, expecting the worst, or carrying responsibilities long after the day has ended. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward responding to life with greater clarity, flexibility, and calm.
-
You've been holding everything together for so long that you're not sure what "rested" feels like anymore. Whether burnout comes from work, caregiving, or constantly meeting other people's expectations, therapy offers a space to slow down, recover, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
-
Sometimes the past continues to shape the present in ways that aren't immediately obvious. You may notice yourself staying on high alert, avoiding certain situations, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy can help you make sense of these experiences at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
-
Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, trust, or recurring patterns, our relationships often reflect the ways we've learned to protect ourselves. Together, we'll explore those patterns and strengthen your ability to build healthier, more meaningful connections.
-
Loss changes us. Whether you're grieving the death of someone important, the end of a relationship, or a version of life you thought you would have, therapy provides space to honour your experience while finding a way to move forward without leaving your memories behind.
-
Even positive changes can leave us feeling uncertain. Starting a new career, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, moving, or questioning your next chapter can challenge your sense of identity. Therapy can help you navigate change with greater confidence and intention.
-
Many men have learned to carry stress quietly, solve problems alone, or believe vulnerability is weakness. Therapy offers a different experience—one where you don't have to perform, fix everything immediately, or have all the answers before you begin.
-
Mental health doesn't exist separately from culture, identity, or lived experience. Whether you're navigating racism, cultural expectations, family dynamics, or simply looking for a therapist who understands these conversations, therapy can be a place where every part of your experience is welcomed.
-
For those who wish to include their faith in the therapeutic process, I offer counselling that thoughtfully integrates Christian beliefs and values alongside evidence-informed psychotherapy. Whether you're wrestling with spiritual questions or simply want your faith to be acknowledged as part of your story, our work can honour both your psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
-
You may find yourself questioning who you are, struggling with confidence, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to become. Therapy can help you better understand your values, challenge self-critical patterns, and develop a stronger sense of self grounded in authenticity rather than expectation.
-
Some emotions arrive so quickly or intensely that they feel difficult to understand or manage. Together, we'll explore what those emotions are communicating, strengthen your awareness of them, and develop practical ways to respond without feeling controlled by them.
-
You don't need to know exactly what you're experiencing before reaching out. Many people begin therapy with a general sense that something isn't working, even if they can't yet put it into words. If you're unsure whether your concerns fit into one of these categories, that's okay—we'll begin with your story, not a label.
Learning Together
Psycho-educational Groups & Workshops
Some of life’s most meaningful growth happens in the presence of others.
Adults, youth, schools, organizations, and community groups.
Designed For
Psycho-educational groups, workshops, and facilitated discussions.
Session Length
Formats
Customized to the needs of your group or organization.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, I offer psychoeducational groups and workshops that draw on evidence-informed psychological principles to support learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
These sessions are designed to increase understanding of mental health, strengthen practical coping skills, and create space for thoughtful discussion in schools, workplaces, community organizations, and other group settings.
Every workshop is tailored to the needs of the people in the room. Rather than simply presenting information, I aim to create engaging learning experiences that encourage participation, curiosity, and practical application.
While these services are educational in nature and do not establish a therapist–client relationship, they are grounded in the same values that guide my clinical practice: respect, curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to helping people move through life with greater clarity and intention.

One Philosophy.
Three Ways We Can Work Together.
Whether you're looking for individual psychotherapy, a psychoeducational workshop, or a speaking engagement, every service begins with the same belief:
People are capable of growth when they're given space to think clearly, feel understood, and reconnect with what matters most.
With You
Individual psychotherapy.
With Others
Psychoeducational groups and workshops.
For Communities
Speaking engagements and mental health education.
Whether we're meeting one-on-one, learning together in a group, or strengthening a community, the purpose remains the same: helping people move forward with greater clarity and intention.
